• All rates are in USD per room per night, including buffet breakfast, 10% VAT & 5% service charges

• No extra charge for child under 5 sharing bed with parents.

• Check-in time at 14: 00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12: 00. If late check-out rooms are required, a half rate of the contract rate will apply for late check-out before 18.00 hrs. and a full rate charge for check out from 18.00 hrs. Early check-in and late check-out rooms are subject to availability.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
  - Within 05 days prior to arrival: 50 % of One (1) night's room charge per room reserved - On day of arrival (before 16: 00hrs): 100% of One (1) night’s room charge per room reserved
  - From 16: 00hrs on day of arrival or No-show: 100% of the entitle length of stay/room reserved

• Deluxe Single room:   22m², this type of room with a cozy and comfortable single bed in a very elegant interior decoration provides a "deluxe" stay for whoever happens to be in town for either a business trip or for pleasure.
• Deluxe Double room: 25m², the elegance is back in this Executive Double room with a King-size bed and massage over-head shower in the bathroom will definitely bring you the feeling of being home either you are by yourself or with someone else in the same room.
• Executive Twin: 30m², the convenience is the fist thing you would feel for the first step you make into this room. Two single beds for two people in the same with highest respect to the privacy of each person still slip you over the feeling of being spoiled in such a nicely and simply decorative room
• Deluxe Suite: 40m², furnished with bathtub or baby-court and sofa relaxing and resting – the very beginning impression about this room which has a King-size bed will be proved with the bathtub in the bathroom for the compensation for a hard-working day or an all-day-long walking around and enjoying the town.
• Executive Suite: 40m², Luxury, convenience, privacy, relaxation and elegance in this Suite which has a Queen-size bed and either a linking or a separate living room will surely satisfy all of your demands for the best stay in town.
